Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Movepost (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

Movepost is an informational and organizational tool. It helps you assemble and track a checklist of accounts to update when you move, and provides links and suggested steps for doing so. You make each address change yourself, directly with each institution. Movepost does not change your address on your behalf, does not access your accounts, and is not a mail-forwarding service.

2. No professional advice; accuracy

The Service does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We work to keep links and steps accurate, but institutions change their forms and processes, and we cannot guarantee that every link or instruction is current or complete. You are responsible for confirming each change was made.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes and your own accounts.
• Verify each address change directly with the institution.
• Keep your login to Movepost secure.

4. Payment, refunds & guarantee

Paid plans (e.g. Move Pass) are billed through our payment processor. The one-time Move Pass includes a money-back guarantee as described at purchase. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We never ask for your account passwords and we do not sell your data.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that following its suggestions will update any particular account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movepost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed mail, bills, fees, or losses arising from an account you did not update or an institution’s own processes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
